Stay tuned for the latest updates, official opening date and release of the live booking schedule to book in for your classes.
All of our training is class-based and we recommend you book yourself into your desired time slots as soon as possible to guarantee your place. You can book a class 7 days in advance, places are limited 27-36 per class. Download the FREE APP to book classes. Select Tower Bridge as your preferred studio.
We kindly ask for your consideration and cancel your booking no less than 3 hours in advance so that wait listed members can join the session in good time. Don't forget, as penalty fees apply for 'no shows' and 'late cancellation'. If you choose to be wait listed you will automatically be added to the class and notified by email. Please read our Class Booking Rules you have accepted in our terms before booking a class. We operate a ZERO GRACE policy on wait-listed classes.
On arrival, someone may greet you at reception but members must self-check-in on the iPad which is located by the reception counter - if you don't it may be counted as a 'no show' or 'late cancellation'. Whilst waiting for the class to begin, feel free to motivate other members, share your workout goals and training progress. If it's your first class, give a quick hi to the trainers and watch the flow of the studio during a class.
We are a sustainable studio and don't sell bottled water. Rather bring your own refillable water bottle or purchase an re-fillable water bottle available at reception counter. We provide chilled 'Eau De Vie' filtered water taps. Store your belongings and non valuables in the open storage cubes in reception. There are a limited number of secure lockers available in the change rooms for valuables.
Pre Exercise Form & Profile Pic
If you haven't already when registering your Tower Bridge account, we may ask you to agree to a pre-exercise form before your first work out. We may also request a quick headshot pic in studio for your profile account (only for our purposes).
Please remain within the reception area or in the covered outdoor waiting area until the warm up for your class begins. Be aware of the exiting class by making way to collect their belongings. Be on time, there is a 5 minute warm-up during which you will be allocated a station number which you don't want to miss.
Training & Workout
If it's your first class, don't be shy to tell us. If you have any injuries, please volunteer it to the trainers for alternative exercises. If at any point in the class you are unsure of anything please ask. If you feel faint, stop exercising immediately and tell one of the trainers. Stay hydrated.
At the end of the class, we run a 5 min warm down, however if you are in a hurry please feel free to shoot off. We provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash, hair dryers and shower towels. Please don't forget to drop used towels in the towel bin on exit.
Pricing and Memberships
We offer a range of pricing options to suit your requirements. If you are in studio and would like to discuss membership talk to any of the team. Concentrating on delivering great classes is our main priority so in peak times, we may request you send an email or arrange a suitable time to chat through the options. Please note, only 'Class Passes' (casual) are visible on the APP, for Current 'Membership Options' (longer term) and 'Class Passes' visit the desktop FFFTB Online Store.
